This position requires being on-call nights and weekends.
Job Responsibilities :
- Provides transportation for residents.
- Provides for activities of daily living while resident is out of the facility.
- Provides patient comfort while resident is out of the facility.
- Provide resident care as directed by the DON including but not limited to weighting residents and completeing assessments.
- Serves skilled nursing community by adhering to professional standards, policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements, and standards.
