What are the responsibilities and job description for the Communication Strategist position at Rose International?
Experience :
- 5-10 years of experience in internal / employee communications within a global organization
- Extensive experience in global corporate internal, external, and digital strategic communications with a proven track record in a fast-paced, dynamic, global organization. B2B and automotive industry experience required.
- Proven track record of working closely with senior executives, media, and industry analysts, and extensive experience leading both proactive and reactive strategic communications for internal and external global audiences
- Experience supporting global brands and highly-matrixed organizations to build and develop strategic communications campaigns with meaningful and measurable impact
- Strong understanding of data and analytics with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Ability to lead and support global teams in the development and execution of strategic communications
- Thorough knowledge of corporate communications and executive communications principals
- Solid internal communications experience with a proven record of accomplishment of delivering effective communications across a variety of channels within a highly matrixed environment
- Outstanding organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, change management experience is helpful
- Proven ability to understand complex solutions and communicate them in an accessible way
- Strong writing, editorial, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to project manage a variety of tasks, ensuring all are delivered in a timely fashion
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
- A passion for technology and storytelling, with a curiosity for continuous learning
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field required
