What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compensation Consultant position at Rose International?
Qualifications :
- 2-3 years of experience in compensation in larger-scale organizations or as a consultant with a large organization
- Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of the financial services regulatory environment
- Demonstrated analytical skills and business case capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High integrity and ethics in handling confidential information
- Ability to get involved in the details while maintaining the broader view
- Knowledge of FLSA and other applicable laws
- 4-year degree or advanced degree highly preferred, Professional certifications a plus
- Responsible for all of the compensation matters in their client organizations, including :
- Partnering with HR and business leaders to develop and manage compensation across the established client group
- Designing and supporting regulatory efforts
- Deploying market intelligence strategy
- Working with the compensation team to review compensation policies and practices
- Performing ad hoc analysis to support business needs Initiating and maintaining strong working relationships with leaders across the organization
