- Only qualified Computer Operator - Consultant located in the CLEMSON, SC to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence
Required education :

This will be a one-year contract working at the Client with the possibility of extending 36-months.
Daily duties / responsibilities :
Monitors, tests, maintains and repairs network and infrastructure elements for ClientMonitors Client network, server, and application elements, resolves incidents and service requests and / or consults with the subject matter expert team for incident resolutionApplies state-of-the-art technology to meet and improve the network control CenterControl network and system processing. Responds to customer inquiries and alerts via emails, incoming calls, and walk-ins. Conducts routine inspections on equipment and reports any abnormalitiesOther operational duties as assigned such as meetings, project work, administration and facilities requirementsConfigure network and system resources and maintain corresponding system records and documentationProvides tier ii support as per SME agreementsPerforms periodic maintenance and monitoring of computer systemsPerforms pre-configured port activations on network switches. Assist with implementing network automation toolsPrepares and reviews documentation for use in operations for training and knowledge baseParticipates in training and cross training for the tier IIProvides customer service for all information and / or telecommunication network systems support areasNote :
