We are seeking a highly experienced Contracts Advisor with a strong background in developing, negotiating, and administering complex EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) contracts, particularly related to the construction of combined cycle natural gas power plants.
Responsibilities :
Develop, negotiate, and administer multi-billion-dollar EPC contracts.
Manage contracts related to the construction of combined cycle natural gas power plants.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure contract compliance and successful project execution.
Provide expert advice on contract terms, conditions, and risk management.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
