Travel is unlikely but may be required a handful of days each month for in-person staff meetings or coverage needs at San Marcos Specialty Center, located 30 miles from Garfield Specialty Center.

Job Duties :
Top Three things Worker will be doing : Scheduling in Client, Answering Inbound Calls in a Call Center Environment, Coordinating Member needs for scheduling with peers with department peers.
Top Three Skillsets needed : Learn / Follow Scheduling Guidelines, Attention to Detail, Member Service / Service Recovery
Anything else important we need to know to fill your role? Ability to Communicate and Problem Solve
