5 years of programming / systems analysis and 3 years of experience executing in an Agile framework (Scrum / Kanban / SAFe)Strong experience with working on a Mobile Application. Ionic Hybrid is preferred, but Native applications will also be considered. Angular, JavaScript / TypeScript are foundational to this position.Strong Testing Framework experience and methodology. Playwright experience is preferred.Familiarity with GIT and GitHub Flow are essentialUX experience with Figma and Design Tokens is preferred. The Enterprise Mobile team is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven Tech Lead. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership skills and have experience in delivering quality technical solutions as well as setting and executing on a strategic technical vision. We are always innovating and exploring new technologies in this space and the right individual would have to be willing to work outside their comfort zone and pioneer new strategies in this fast-paced environment.
In addition, the candidate must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, willingness to understand existing processes and systems, collaborate with integrating application teams, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate should be able to take decisions quickly in consultation with team members and subject matter experts and be able to build relationships and understand the dynamics and critical nature of the business.
Responsibilities include :
Working with the Product Management, Business Analyst and UX team to refine feature requirements and execute technical solutions.Working with Line of Business Application teams and Architecture to define solutions to technical integrations across the Enterprise.Work with Enterprise Mobile Team to implement best practices, review code, and assist in improving team development.Contribute to and work on code for both Front End, Back end, and AWS.Execute in an Agile framework (Scrum or Kanban).
