Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and occasionally perform tasks related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and custodial work
- Manage multiple vendors responsible for maintaining facility elements (mechanical, HVAC, landscaping)
- Serve as the point of contact for HVAC, plumbing, security, and fire alarm calls
- Identify additional maintenance needs at properties and partner with vendors involving work orders and accountability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose the root cause of equipment malfunctions and find effective solutions
