Job Description

Required technologies/skills:
• Use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Good Attention Detail / Communication / Follow up
• Adaptable / Quick learner
Preferred technologies/skills:
• SAP / IFT knowledge or similar purchase 2 pay system
• Knowledge of purchasing process (workflow)
• Any previous Client NA experience
Our client is seeking a qualified Financial Analyst to report financial status by preparing and analyzing financial plans, forecasts, and reports.
Basic job duties may include but are not limited to:
• Tracks financial status by monitoring variances from plan.
• Determines financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results.
• Improves financial status by analyzing results and variances; identifying trends; recommending actions.
• Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.
• Increases productivity by developing automated applications; eliminating duplications; coordinating information requirements.
• Provides information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
Purchase-to-Pay Processing:
• Work with business owners to ensure all needed documents, including contract document, are supplied to support purchase request
• Perform the role of Authorized Requestor
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Controlling as needed in support of purchase requests
• Advise business owners as to efficient P2P processes for spending situations
• Process invoices and work with vendors to help resolve any payment questions/issues.
• Respond to SAP/IFT workflow items.
• Escalates issues or potential issues to manager
