- Only qualified Global Event Coordinator candidates located near the Boston, MA area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence
Preferred Education :
Bachelor's degreeRequired Qualifications / Experience :
Minimum of five years of relevant experience in with a strong portfolio of delivered workExperience in supporting the execution of global corporate events from either a corporate or agency perspectiveDemonstrated project management and co-ordination skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects concurrentlyFinancial thinker - comfortable working with numbers and budgetsPreferred Technical Skills :

Support the planning, coordination and execution of best-in-class experiencesSupport key elements of event planning and operations, including operational logistics and event registrationProduce smaller scale internal events from intake to completionWork with the broader team to execute large scale more complex eventsExecution of key event touchpoints, including managing calendar invitations, registration and supporting event marketing tacticsBuild excellent working relationships with key stakeholders and colleaguesBack-end event supportProcurement (Be familiar with Global Procurement guidelines, especially as they relate to events.)Initiate event vendor / contract process with Procurement for entire life-cycle of event, including but not limited to :Setting up and logging event into Cvent per Procurement guidelinesInitiate and own Ivalua process including : vendor setup, contract signing / SOW signing, addendum management, and invoice processingEnsure contracts are thoroughly reviewed by legal / paralegal teams as appropriateBudget Management (Be comfortable with numbers, budgets and Excel.)Support the maintenance of individual event-budgets, including creating estimates and reconciliation reportsManage team’s meeting space booking calendar and rolling calendar of EventsResponsible for monitoring and maintaining team’s global meeting space booking calendar to ensure relevant meeting rooms are held on the correct days for all global eventsResponsible for maintaining team’s global calendar of events / projects to ensure everything we lead, support or advise on is captured accuratelyOnly those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.Benefits :
