Job Description
The Part Time Guest Services Representative will play a critical role in providing excellent customer service to our clients. This includes assisting tourists with trip planning, distributing road maps, and maintaining travel information displays.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to tourists and clients.
- Assist tourists with trip planning and provide information on local attractions and facilities.
- Maintain attractive travel information displays and assist in stocking brochure racks.
- Answer phone calls and take messages as needed.
- Receive deliveries of new inventory.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic knowledge of Missouri travel and tourist facilities and attractions.
- Ability to read, interpret, and inform public about road maps, mileage charts, and related materials.
- Excellent communication skills.
