What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resource Professional position at Rose International?
Assisting with ADA accommodation requests, email management, responding to employee inquiries and requests, communication with 3rd party vendors, report reconciliation, ordering ergonomic equipment, and other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Experience in Leave Administration and ADA Accommodations, within the financial services industry or other highly regulated industry
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements, e.g., FMLA, ERISA, DOL Regulations, Worker''s Compensation, etc.
- Experience with HR information systems (Workday preferred) and benefits-related technology including third-party reporting requirements
- Advanced skills with standard desktop applications, including MS Excel and Word
- Experience implementing and tracking relevant leave metrics and benchmarks
- Familiarity with relevant benefit-type offerings, terminology, tools, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to listen to and analyze issues encountered through multiple channels
