Specific Systems Knowledge Required :
- MS Office programs
- Salesforce or other HRIS
- HR workplace investigations and drafting investigation reports, consultation on findings of investigations, collaboration with HR colleagues on investigation best practices
- Work with HR and business partners to deliver solutions on employee or labor relations issues,
- Conducts and partners on HR investigations.
- Conducts reporting of Company employee information and external benchmarks and support HR compliance.
- Union Experience
- HR investigation experience,
- Strong communication skills verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple investigation cases and their deadlines
- Three (3) years’ experience as an HR generalist or working across multiple HR disciplines.
- Three (3) years health care experience.
- Three (3) years labor relations experience.
- Three (3) years human resources consulting experience.
- Two (2) years’ experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
- Three (3) years’ experience working cross-functionally across departments, functions, or business lines.
- Three (3) years organizational development experience.
- Business Attire
