Job Description
***Only qualified IT Business Systems Analysis Professional candidates located near the St. Charles, MO area are to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***
Required Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration(Preferred)
• OMS Experience
• Ability to collect Business Requirements from stakeholders
• Ability to translate Business Requirements to Product/Technical Requirements
• Proved 3 years of Business Analyst
• Experience working with CPG company
• Knowledge in Supply Chain and Logistics
• Experience working in the pet food and/or health industry
• Experience creating flowcharts, entity relationships and business diagrams using Microsoft Visio
• Clear understanding of Agile Methodology
• Experience working within a SaaS platform
• Knowledge of Source Control Systems
• Knowledge of Change Management Practices
The IT Business System Analysis leverages information technology to achieve business goals and to create new business opportunities. Digital Technologies (DT) has both co-pilot and service provider roles. As co-pilot, DT sets strategic directions for the Client and its businesses; as a service organization, DT provides, supports, and maintains those IT services and related infrastructure. DT protects the business from risk related to digital information by deploying defensive and proactive IT security measures.
Responsibilities
• IT Business Systems Analysis work involves acting as a liaison between the business/end users and IT systems development teams for business needs requiring IT based solutions including:
• Identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives
• Making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology
• Researching business requirements and documenting the relationships between the components of the application system (i.e., end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices)
• Translating business requirements into application requirements
Assignment Level Descriptor:
• Has working knowledge and skills developed through formal training or work experience
• Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
• Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes decisions based on factual information
• This is typically a Assignment with significantly more authority and responsibility at this Assignment level
• It should be selected to recognize differences which are not enough to be represented by a separate Assignment level, such as increased proficiency in skills/competencies to perform responsibilities, greater impact to the business unit, customer, segment, geography, etc. May also provide guidance or leadership to other Associates

• Creation of different business technology applications (website design or product development). Manages teams while simultaneously following a client's instructions to develop and construct a creative/new product.
