IT Manufacturing System Specialist
This role supports our line of Manufacturing Execution Software (MES) and maintains a high standard of service to our customers worldwide.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot complex issues within Microsoft Operating Systems and L-H Battery products while maintaining detailed documentation of progress through completion.
- Work closely with Production teams, Quality team, and Engineering team during software release cycles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Basic SQL database and SQL querying experience.
- 0-3 years in previous customer service/support (Desktop Support, Help Desk Support, Customer support).
- SAP ERP Base SCM/Manufacturing/Purchasing/Logistic related IT operation experience is a plus.
- Experience in Manufacturing.
- Microsoft OS knowledge.
- Basic Network and IT understanding.
- Ability to occasionally work extended hours to meet project deadlines.
- Participate in remote meetings with LG Energy solution Teams as needed.
- Bilingual skills, writing and speaking, in English and Korean is a plus.

- Able to work in both office and manufacturing environments.
