Required Education / Experience :
High school diploma or GED and1-2 years of related work experience
Required Qualifications :
Someone with good energy, someone who knows how to present themselves professionally, a self-motivated person would be successful in this role
Ability to utilize a mixture of hardware and software to support functions such as cost recovery, document management and advanced workflow
Possesses excellent customer relations skills and excellent verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years experience in the legal industry is highly desired
Some related copy job experience is preferred
Required Skills :
Requires knowledge and understanding of shipping / receiving procedures
Possesses the ability to work independently and flexibly to complete projects
Preferred Skills :
Basis electronics knowledge is preferred
Physical Requirements :
There is a lot of standing, walking, and lifting
Responsibilities :
They will be working in a copy and mail center
The temp will be responsible for processing mail, scanning it, large copy and scan jobs, assist with hospitality, setting up conference, tiding coffee station, delivering and picking up mail, upkeep on printers
Might be backup reception on a day-to-day basis and cover lunch and breaks.

Dress Code : polo will be provided – neutral slacks.
