What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Manager position at Rose International?
Required Skills :
- Minimum of 6 years of web marketing or digital marketing experience (ideally at an eCommerce and / or SaaS business)
- Fluent in testing methodologies and has had success in driving significant conversion and revenue growth through experimentation (e.g. A / B testing, sequential testing, multi-arm bandit testing)
- Experience in working in content management systems (AEM, WordPress, Drupal, etc)
- Working knowledge of Figma with proven ability to deliver finished experiences based on design specifications
- Expert in HTML, CSS - Javascript a plus
- Strategic thinker : proven ability to uncover insights about customer pain points, create innovative strategies and experiences to overcome those barriers and drive conversion and revenue improvements
- Drives result : a clear track record of delighting customers and driving conversion and revenue growth through successful web marketing strategies, testing and execution
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, and ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities simultaneously; makes others aware of conflicting priorities & proposes solutions
- Leads and influences effectively within the organization with excellent communication skills and builds strong relationships to deliver outstanding results
- Understand digital acquisition business performance and web KPIs, and effectively analyze data to create actionable insights, drive informed decisions and accelerate business growth Work with a team of visual designers,
- Make content updates and build new web experiences using your knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript in our content authoring platform to deliver new web experiences
- Leverage prospect and customer input, site and business data, industry best practices, and prior test results to generate data driven insights for creating testable hypotheses
- Leverage effective project management skills to drive web execution of digital marketing initiatives
- Drive projects to conclusion with a sense of urgency, while overcoming obstacles along the way
- Stay current with competitor sites, web technologies, and experimentation best practices
- Share testing best practices and results and exchange learnings to develop and grow digital savviness across the organization
