The supported application systems are a mixture of in-house developed, purchased, and third-party cloud service web applications and services. This individual will need to work with various business and technology groups to understand requirements and business criticality for each area of the organization. Support procedures and technical architectural documentation skills are equally important for this position. Under general supervision, the contractor will serve as an applications support engineer responsible for the operational supporting and resolving issues of assigned application systems and services. The contractor shall have advanced knowledge of Active Directory, MS Entra ID, MS Windows Server OS, ethernet, server hardware, and M365 applications / services. The contractor shall also have superior analysis and problem solving skills, and the ability to establish, influence, and maintain superb working relationships with others through comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills.
