Responsibilities
Check in and out patients, insurance verification, flags, voicemails and other duties as assigned. Working with 21 other Patient Care Coordinators
Requirements
Strong Customer Service or Patient Service experience.
6months to a year customer service experience.
Medical Experience. Does this position require a professional license or certification? If so please list. No. What are the work hours (ex. 9am-5pm day / night shifts rotating shifts etc.)? 7-5 : 30pm What is the dress code (ex : business casual scrubs etc.)? Business Casual. How would you prefer to interview? (Video phone or in person? How many rounds?) Teams, 1 round.
Need ability to travel between the 3 listed offices.
