Required Education :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Required experience :
Previous experience in manufacturing, quality control, or inspection is preferred.
Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions and procedures.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a plus.
Ability to work in a clean-room environment and follow strict cleanliness and safety standards.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred qualifications / experience / skills :
Inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications and standards.
Identify defects or non-conformances and take corrective action as necessary.
Perform visual and / or manual inspection to verify product quality.
Accurately label finished products with appropriate product information, ensuring correct packaging and labeling according to company standards.
Follow established procedures for packaging and sealing products to ensure product integrity.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Document inspections, packaging, and labeling activities under company protocols.
Adhere to clean-room protocols and maintain cleanliness standards in the work environment.
Position Overview :
The Production Inspector is responsible for inspecting, labeling, and packaging raw and finished products. The role may require maintaining records in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ensuring product quality and safety standards are met. The position may involve working in a clean-room environment and requires moderate supervision.
