Required Education :
- Bachelor’s degree or Military Experience
Required Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years project management experiencePrior experience with large IT related projects and business transformationsDemonstrated ability to develop strategic relationships and lead customer focused projects across organizational boundariesExcellent planning, organizational and execution skillsStrong communication oral, written, interpersonal and presentation skillsDemonstrated experience interacting & collaborating with business areas in gathering, documenting and developing business scope for projectsResults oriented, ability to meet and exceed objectives and handle multiple deadlines and prioritiesStrong analytical and business problem solving skillsProject Manager Responsibilities :
Manage key HR projects using widely accepted project methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile / LEAN, SDLC)Apply project management tools and methods to manage project scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, communication, resources and suppliersWork closely with HR leadership, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and external parties to integrate plansCoordinate execution for large cross-functional projects requiring multiple work-streams and sub-plansConduct cost-benefit Analysis for projects, validate cost and benefit assumptions with stakeholders, resource managers and process ownersConduct written and oral project updates for senior management and business leadersOnly those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.Benefits :
