Required Education : High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience :
- One to three years prior experience in an office receptionist / administrative assistant position. Experience in banking, lending or trust is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft office programs including Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate a multi-line call directory system
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Possess strong customer service principles and practices
- Possess strong understanding of administrative and clerical procedures
- Possess strong knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
- Strong time management skills

Receptionist Job Overview :
Answers all incoming calls through a multi-line call directory, takes and relays messages, answers questions and directs calls to the appropriate person. Greets clients, visitors and partners, determines their needs and directs them to the appropriate person / waiting area / room. Handles client and partner meeting reservations, via Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams for approximately 20 Bank employees. Performs other duties specific to the individual business area.
