Education :
- High school diploma or equivalent education is required
- Minimum one year of customer service experience.
- Ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Strong reading, math, and legible writing skills.
- Database and spreadsheet skills are required
- Excellent customer presentation and communication skills.
- Team-oriented attitude.
- Work Environment :
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel.
- Office setting with adequate lighting, ventilation, and normal temperature and noise levels.
- Diverse work assignments requiring the interpretation and application of complex information.
- Minimal physical effort; primarily sedentary with occasional walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting of light objects (under 10 lbs).
