Senior Art Director Role

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at Rose International. As a key member of our business unit, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients through the delivery of exceptional visual communications and marketing materials. Your primary responsibility will be to design and produce a range of materials, from pitch books and presentations to custom designs and branding elements.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Designing and producing marketing materials, including pitch books, presentations, and other visual communications.
• Developing and implementing visual strategies to enhance client engagement and brand awareness.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify design requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Ensuring consistency in branding and design across all client-facing materials.
• Providing expert guidance and support to colleagues on design-related matters.

Requirements
For this position, we require:

• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard graphic design applications, including Adobe CC Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent design skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of visual communications principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
