Description :
To complete a variety of duties shipping products in accordance with standard procedures.
Job Responsibilities :
Preparing receiving paperwork for product to be checked in and for proper completion.
Preparing store invoices and billing of store deliveries.
Monitoring trip leave times.
Providing customer service assistance to customer, drivers, and vendors.
Scheduling receiving appointments.
General clerical duties.
Responsible for providing clerical support in the distribution warehouse on the receiving shift from 9 PM to 5 AM Assignment may be extended based on business need.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Work is performed in both a temperature-controlled office environment, as well as non- airconditioned warehouse.
Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at desk or computer terminal
Incumbent may use calculators, keyboards, telephone, and other office equipment during normal workday
Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
