Skills & Abilities :
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, with some chemistry background.
- Manufacturing experience with significant experience in a sales or service function.
- Must have a strong work ethic and excellent customer relationship skills.
- Strong communication skills both internally and externally.
- Must have strong problem resolution and technical leadership skills.
- Strong PC capability.
- AS / AA or BA / BA in engineering, technology or business
- Order product, track shipments, monitor inventory levels and usages of products. Extensive ERP usage and invoice reconciliation.
- Develop effective account management, and service support strategies to provide outstanding customer service and support commitment.
- Performing daily tests and quality audits to ensure processes are within specifications.
- Recording results and providing reports to customer management and staff and represent client at plant meetings.
- Ensure the rapid resolution of problems and provide technical and product management support across multiple technology platforms.
- Maintain high standards and professional image of the company and comply with company policies and processes.
- Support Tier 2 supplier coordination with the customer.
- Champion site continuous-improvement projects that result in process efficiencies and recognized value.

The Sr. Chemical Process Technician will manage the technical service, sales support, and troubleshooting activities related to the use of our client's automotive pretreatment products and solutions at the Tomahawk, Wisconsin plant.
