Job Description
Required Education :
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience combining technical, analytical and functional experience
Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience :
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, comfortable interacting both one on one, in groups and in the conduct of meetingsAdvanced knowledge of computers, operating systems, working knowledge of network infrastructure and comfort with coding languagesMust have strong knowledge of all Windows Operating Systems as well as Apple OS / iOS and advanced knowledge of iOS operating systems.Previous working experience with ticketing software such as JIRA, collaboration platforms such as Confluence, and the AGILE software development cycle a plusMust be willing to work outside of normal working hours including nights and weekends as neededPosition Overview :
Support fundraising technology in both an on call and onsite capacity.
Job Details :
The person serves as the primary ITS representative in charge of planning and executing technology needs for virtual and in person eventsResponsible for the overall event technology success which includes but is not limited to; evaluating the event scope to acquire and coordinate all technology needs whether provided by Client staff or a vendor partner, set up of equipment, testing software functionality, network, and telephone connectivityOnsite, responsible for set up, maintenance, support, and tear down of all application and hardware technologiesHours :
Monday-Friday 9-5pm (May vary due to travel and some weekend events. Schedule will be adjusted as there is no overtime)Travel :
