Education :
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
Qualifications :
5 years combined experience in some of the following areas : global mobility, expat income tax, US and international payroll & tax compliance
Demonstrates knowledge of tax rules within US and internationally
Strong Excel skills
Excellent analytical, research, and operational skills
Proactive planning, executing, and multi-tasking skills with proven ability to re-prioritize with agility in a fast-paced environment

Client is looking for a Global Mobility Tax Analyst for a temporary contract position. The ideal candidate has experience supporting global mobility / expatriate tax and is passionate about providing employees with an excellent mobility experience whilst maintaining a quality tax compliance program. You will primarily be supporting tax matters as they relate to relocation and temporary assignments but may be engaged to support business traveler compliance.
Responsibilities :
Manage shadow payroll reporting for multiple countries
Initiate expat related tax payment requests and review payroll outputs for accurate and compliant reporting
Track and execute tax equalization payments and collections
Manage expat accounting reporting such as accruals and cross-charge
Assist with business travel program (collecting data, coordination of processing with payroll)
Manage global tax regime applications and status tracking
Assist with ad-hoc requests related to expats, business travelers and tax compliance
Communicate with employees in regard to outstanding information or actions needed to fulfill their tax obligations
Work directly with tax vendor to facilitate exceptional service delivery
Use experience and judgment to solution problems or escalations
Maintain good cross-functional relationships
