Technical Specialist- Mid Level

Preferred Education :

• Bachelor's degree in computer science computer information systems computer engineering Math or Engineering or related technical discipline

Required Skills :

• Documented experience developing applications using.NET / C# / ASP.NET Core and GIT / Azure DevOps (3 Years)
• Documented experience developing applications using relational databases such as SQL Server Oracle (3 Years)
• Documented experience developing applications using web services (SOAP and REST) and user interfaces HTML5 CSS JavaScript (3 Years)
• Demonstrated ability in application analysis and design cost analysis estimating staffing needs testing documentation and implementation (3 Years)

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with ASP.Net MVC
• Experience with object-relational mapper such as Dapper Entity Framework
• Experience with testing frameworks such as nUnit MSTest

Client is seeking to fill a short-term (approx. 12 month) contractor assignment. The selected candidate will fill the role of .NET / C# Mid-Level Developer on the team for the Project. Supports the Data Management and collecting analysis and distribution of motor vehicle accident information. The chosen candidate will be part of the development effort to convert the TRS applications from Java to.NET. The contractor will work with Business Owners in the translation of customer requests into technical request and user stories coordinates software release schedules with the Business and Technical Team develops business requirements and provides testing and training support. This individual must have proven experience with enterprise level software development programs

Job Responsibilities :

• Developing new web-based applications using .NET / C / ASP.Net Core relational databases (such as SQL Server Oracle) web services (SOAP and REST) user interfaces (HTML5 CSS, JavaScript) and GIT / Azure DevOps
• Demonstrate effective communications in oral and written form
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products
