Required Education :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Required / Qualifications / skills / experience :
Liaison for insurance claims resolution and issues, process lost / stolen and recovered product reports and invoicing. Process claims and corrections within 60 days.
Timely return unit processing resolution at WH
Daily reporting OB / IB WH activities to support on time product staging and shipping
Support all Mod Hold all actions by maintaining VIN status updates, reporting, and resolutions.
Department Inventory reconciliation and reporting
Run and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Additional Responsibilities :
Address additional issues and logistics related inquiries from field staff, dealers, and other Honda departments as needed
Support Physical Inventory reconciliation for 7 product warehouses
Preferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent work experience
Must have knowledge of MS Office with emphasis on Outlook and Excel. Prior SAP experience preferred
Minimum 3 years’ experience with Warehouse Operations
Job Overview
The PE Warehouse Operations Analyst position supports Power Equipment division by coordinating with domestic warehouse partners to ensure the timely of product staging for carrier pick-up and adherence to established inventory management processes and schedules, and other logistics related activities. This is a support position of the daily warehouse operations team members and their related activities and includes multiple daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly report activities. This role requires interface with warehouse partners, Transportation coordinators, and related department management members. Associate will need to proactively and successfully interface with multiple warehouse and staff on a variety of issues on a daily basis.
