Activity Assistant
Rose Linn Care Center is currently hiring an Activities Assistant.
Facilitate our Activity Director and bring your special flare to our resident’s life enrichment program. Make a difference in the lives of others and join our team!

Qualifications:
- Experience with seniors preferred.
- Candidates should exhibit compassion, an energetic personality and creativeness in assisting with therapeutic activities for our residents.
- Must be dependable and able to maintain a flexible schedule.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug testing and criminal records background check.
- Some experience in social or recreation programming is preferred, or experience working in a healthcare setting.
Key Job Duties/Skillset:
- Assist in all components of the Activity Department to assure that an ongoing program of activities is meeting the interests and wellbeing of each resident.
- Potentially assist in coordinating and scheduling outside vendors and presenters.
- Assist in the creation and execution of activities that engage each resident.
- Participate in community event planning with the marketing staff.
- Create and uphold an atmosphere of warmth, patience, enthusiasm, and a calm and cheerful environment.
