Rose-Mary is seeking individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others in need! We serve children and adults with developmental disabilities in community group homes. DSPs help plan and carry out in-home activities and assist the individuals with their hygiene needs, planning and cooking meals, passing medications, and housekeeping. This float position will require the applicant to be able to report to any one of our 14 locations in Cuyahoga County - must have reliable personal transportation, be at least 21 years of age, have a valid OH driver's license with 4 points approved through our insurance company. A team player and communication skills.
Experience is not necessary, we will train you.
We have set schedules on either 1st, 2nd, or 3rd. All require working every other weekend.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Be at least 21 years of age or older
- Be able to stand, stoop, kneel and lift 50-100 lbs
- Candidates in the final stages of the selection process will undergo a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen, and physical.
