Job Description :

Work in a unit dedicated to orthopedic and spine conditions with a focus on total joints and spine surgeries.

Join a team consisting of day and night shifts featuring charge RNs, techs, and secretaries.

Manage patient care with a typical RN ratio of 5 : 1 and 8-12 patients per tech.

Operate equipment such as immobilizers, braces, and cold treatments.

Utilize Meditech EMR system for patient management.

Maintain a positive and energetic attitude with empathy and a good sense of humor to fit the unit's culture.

Experience being part of a team recognized for excellent teamwork, outcomes, and employee engagement.

Be welcomed and supported as part of the team, whether permanent staff or traveler.
