Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
Product Knowledge and Training:
Stay updated on industry trends, new plant varieties.
Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
Market Analysis:
