What you'll be doing We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Communication Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless communication between our project managers, directors, and clients throughout the lifecycle of each project. The ideal candidate will excel in administrative and communicative tasks, playing a pivotal role in maintaining client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and clear communication about project scheduling, phasing, and job status.
• Deliver pre-scheduled reminders and updates to clients to facilitate smooth execution of projects.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients during project execution to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with project managers and directors to relay accurate and timely information to clients.
• Support the sales team in organizing and participating in marketing events to promote the company's services.
• Manage administrative tasks related to client communication, including maintaining detailed records of interactions and updates.
