We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee and lead our Southeast Florida (SEFL) Sales Team, based out of Plantation, FL, and Southwest Florida (SWFL) Sales Team, based out of Fort Myers, FL.
This role will play a key part in directing the organization's sales policies, setting short- and long-term strategies, and improving customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of sales leadership, a deep understanding of field concepts and procedures, and the ability to drive performance and growth across teams.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement plans and strategies to achieve the company's sales goals.
- Analyze past performance data and project future sales performance.
- Establish targets, performance plans, and standards for team members.
- Develop strategies to acquire and retain customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and partner programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to meet evolving needs.
- Monitor and analyze sales pipelines to recognize trends and opportunities.
- Control expenses and monitor departmental budgets.
- Attend trade meetings, industry conventions, and professional workshops to stay current.
- Ensure the sales team is equipped with necessary resources for success.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and goal achievement.
- Manage daily functions within the sales department and align resources to business priorities.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for team members.
- Coordinate training and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations and goals.
