Rose Pest Solutions has a customer care center representative position available.

· Managing a large amount of incoming calls

· Scheduling service professionals based on geographic location/customer demands

· Explaining and selling services to customers/lead generation

· Collections management

· Polite, friendly, customer service

Minimum Requirements:

2-3 years’ experience, High School Diploma
