What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be the face of Rose to local businesses—building trust, solving problems, and driving long-term partnerships.
- Prospect and close new commercial accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, managers, and decision-makers
- Conduct on-site inspections and develop customized service plans
- Log activity and manage your pipeline using CRM tools
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover new opportunities
- Collaborate with office staff and technicians to ensure smooth service delivery
- Participate in local networking events, associations, and community groups to generate leads
- Take initiative, manage your own schedule, and drive results
