What You’ll Do:
As a Pest Control Technician, you'll be the face of Rose in your community—serving clients in a dedicated territory, inspecting properties, solving pest issues, and delivering peace of mind.
- Provide pest control services to homes and businesses
- Build relationships with customers, explain services, and answer questions
- Think critically to diagnose pest issues and apply effective treatments
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional services
- Manage your route and schedule independently using a company-provided vehicle
- Stay current with training and safety practices—we provide all the education and certifications you need
