Base Salary Bonus: $65,000-$100,000/yr

Responsibilities
District Manages deal with all aspects of district operations. Recruits, interviews, selects, and trains new team members using established guidelines. Coaches and develops district team members on an on-going basis. Ensures compliance with all company policies. Participates in development of district budget (e.g., goals for sales, production, expenses, etc.). Directs district operations to meet and/or exceed the budget.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
District Managers are required to be competent in client service, communication, teamwork, leadership, and fiscal management.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Is at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Is a U.S. citizen or possess documentation required to work in the United States
- Is able to work before 8am and after 5pm, and/or on weekends
- Has a valid motor vehicle operator's license and a good driving record
- Has excellent communication skills; can read, speak, write and comprehend English.
- Is experienced in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
- Has the ability to work independently, organize, plan and prioritize time and projects
- Lives within the service area or be willing to move to it
- Ascend and descend a ladder
- Able to climb over and on top of structures
- Able to ascend and descend stairs
- Able to visually inspect for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, etc.
- Able to tolerate variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather, damp and/or dusty locations.
- Able to tolerate confined spaces.
- Able to work in spaces where physical mobility is limited.
- Pest Control experience is required.
