What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outdoor Maintenance position at Rose Point Park Cabins & Camping?

Essential functions:
- Grass mowing and trimming
- Campsite upkeep
- Firewood splitting and hauling
- Trash and litter removal
- Facility cleaning
Qualifications:
- Be able to lift 50lbs
- Be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Be able to climb stairs and ladders
- Be able to work in elements of weather including; rain, heat, cold
- General construction knowledge
- General mechanical knowledge
- Hold a valid drivers license
- Must have a positive attitude and be comfortable working face to face with customers
Job Types: SeasonalHours: Shifts are generally 4-8 hours, maintenance hours are typically M-F 9am-5pm, some weekends
Competitive Pay: Commensurate with experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $11.00 per hour
