We are seeking a creative Social Media Marketer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and creating content for our fast food restaurant in the Bentonville / Centerton area.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms
Collaborate with the team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Requirements :

Proven experience as a social media marketer or content creator

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences

Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content

Experience with social media analytics and reporting

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of the fast food industry is a plus
