What are the responsibilities and job description for the Key Holder/Sales Associate position at Rose & Remington?

We are looking for driven leaders who can provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor and fitting room. Reporting to the Team Lead, this position is the leader on duty when working. This requires a strong work ethic and ability to lead effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Complete any operational duties to assist the ASM and Team Lead.
- Consistently meeting and exceeding store sales goals.
- Ability to function as a role model, ensuring that the guest remains the top priority
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service including being a stylist to all customers
- Knowledge of all product lines in store
- Complete daily tasks as well as assistance with processing any incoming shipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work space
- Connect with customers at the cash wrap
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
