About the Role:

As a Special Projects Manager at Rose Restoration, you will be responsible for leading and managing a wide range of exciting and challenging projects. This is not your typical project management role; you will have the opportunity to take ownership of initiatives that will directly contribute to the growth and success of our company. You will work closely with our leadership team and collaborate with cross-department teams to ensure successful project execution. As a key member of our small but growing team, you'll have a direct impact on shaping the future of Rose Restoration.

Some examples of special projects you might be involved in include:

• Developing and launching new service offerings: Researching market trends, identifying customer needs, and creating innovative solutions to expand our service portfolio.
• Implementing new technologies and processes: Evaluating and integrating new technologies to improve efficiency, enhance service quality, and optimize operations.
• Leading strategic partnerships and collaborations: Identifying and developing partnerships with key industry players to expand our reach and enhance our capabilities.
• Overseeing company-wide initiatives: Managing projects that impact the entire organization, such as implementing new software systems or launching marketing campaigns.

Compensation:

• $50,000 – 55,000 depending on experience

Qualifications:

• Education: Four-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Experience: Experience in project management is a plus, not a dealbreaker. A demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects would be a bonus.
• Strong leadership skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. You must be able to motivate and guide project teams, build consensus, and foster collaboration.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking: You possess exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to navigate unexpected challenges and find innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills: You are a skilled communicator, both written and verbal, and can effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
• Industry knowledge: Familiarity with the stone care and restoration industry is a plus, but not necessary.
• Resourcefulness and attention to detail: You are able to effectively manage timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborative leadership: You have a proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, bringing together individuals with diverse skills and expertise to achieve a common goal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee special projects: You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. This includes defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, developing project plans and timelines, and managing resources effectively.
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities: You will proactively identify and assess potential special projects that align with Rose Restoration's strategic goals. This includes conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and evaluating the feasibility of new initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution and achieve desired outcomes.
• Drive problem-solving and decision-making: You will be adept at identifying and resolving project roadblocks, making critical decisions, and finding innovative solutions to challenges.
• Master communication and reporting: You will effectively communicate project updates, progress, and risks to stakeholders.
