What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time House Manager/Houseman in Beverly Hills (Live-In Optional) position at Rose's Agency?
We have a long term client, an UHNW couple, in an 11k sq ft residence in Beverly Hills who are looking for a House Manager / Houseman to assume full charge care of their residence. Our client's previous manager was with them for 20 years, they are looking for a reliable and hard working long-term match. These are lovely clients who keep a low profile. They are kind and generous!
You will be responsible for oversight and scheduling of all household maintenance, vendors and employees. Must be tech savvy with an ability to create scheduling spreadsheets for approval. Working with and oversight of housekeepers, gardeners, and all vendors (Pool man, HVAC, lighting). Maintenance of three vehicles. Maintaining household inventories and groceries. Daily walkthroughs to ensure all tasks are being completed and a willingness to pitch-in wherever needed! Basic Handyman skills necessary. Post office runs, occasional driving principals, holiday decorating and polished enough to receive guests and assist an occasional dinner party!
The ideal schedule will be Tue-Sat 8 AM - 6 PM. Flexibility needed! Our client has a small private room with a private entrance, bathroom and kitchenette if you are open to live-in. If not, this room will be remodeled as your office. Generous salary and benefit package dependent upon experience.
