What are the responsibilities and job description for the Live In Household Assistant/Companion in Brentwood position at Rose's Agency?
We are looking for a Full-Time Live In Housekeeper for an Elderly gentleman in a 13k sq ft residence based in Brentwood with an office in Santa Monica. This is a fully staffed residence; you will be joining a comprehensive team in supporting the principal. You will have your own private suite in residence. Our client has a summer home on the east coast you may be asked to travel to, along with any other limited trips that may arise. The core schedule will be Mon / Tue 7 PM - 10 PM, Wed - Fri 4 PM - 10 PM, Sat / Sun 2 PM - 10 PM. Subject to slight change as we are managing round the clock care. $40 - $45 / hour w / benefits.
Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to...
- Responsible for daily light housekeeping (dishes, sweeping, bathrooms, etc.
- Assist when needed with light laundry and closet organization
- Assist with meal prep and snacks
- Available to run errands (groceries, supplies, prescriptions, etc.)
- Attend to guests for in home functions and entertainment
- Available to drive family when needed
- Maintain in house plants
- Assist with mail and packages when delivered
- Understand and operate all HVAC, Alarm and AV Equipment
- Take out trash
- Assist with prescription administration as provided by head nurse
- Travel with owner to other estate when needed.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with high-profile or UHNW individuals.
