Summary

As a Gymnastics Instructor at Rose's Gymnastics you will play a vital role in shaping the skills and confidence of young athletes. Located in a dynamic training environment, you will teach gymnastics fundamentals while promoting physical fitness and personal development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging gymnastics training programs for various skill levels.
• Teach core gymnastics techniques, ensuring safety and proper form.
• Provide constructive feedback to athletes to enhance their performance.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages growth and confidence.
• Monitor athlete progress and adjust training plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other coaches to integrate cross-training methods.
• Promote character building through sportsmanship and teamwork.

Requirements

• Proven experience in gymnastics coaching or instruction is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively educate athletes.
• Ability to manage behavior and motivate young athletes positively.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Schedule:

• After school
• Evenings as needed
• Weekends as needed
• Year round work
