Cleaning Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking someone who has a meticulous eye for detail, who takes pride in their work & is passionate about helping others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client communications, cleaning, leading other cleaning technicians as needed, & organizing gear, products, and keeping track of inventory. This is a 10-99 position and you are responsible for filing your own taxes at the end of the year.

Requirements:

• You must be able to pass a background check
• You must have your own reliable vehicle to get to and from jobs (milage re-imbursed)
• You must have a clean driving record (small violations may be overlooked)

Responsibilities:

• Caring for all gear, cleaning supplies and equipment, including but not limited to vacuum filters, rollers & canisters.
• Complete the Services in a professional manner and to the satisfaction of the Company/Client
• Adhere to the Company's standards and protocols.
• You are responsible for ensuring that you have reviewed client notes/preferences at each job & that the job checklist (basic or deep) has been completed & a final walk-thru & check of the entire home has been completed & all items have been placed back such as trash bin, rugs/matts, etc.
• Use the tools & checklists daily that are provided to you, to prevent missed tasks & complaints.
• If there is a client complaint that requires a technician to return to the job to fix, it is solely the responsibility of the contractor
• Reporting low inventory so that company can order/provide it in a timely manner.
• Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and bedrooms, vacuum, and mop, dust empty trash bins, sliding glass doors, mirrors, making beds, stocking household supplies, report any scheduling or inventory issues etc..

Skills:

• Experience in residential cleaning or custodial services
• Knowledge of surface types and product usage
• Ability to work fast & efficiently with minimal to no supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Organization
• Ability to stay organized and work well with others & solo

Pay:

• ·Company will reimburse the Contractor at a rate of $0.35 per mile for all miles driven from the first job until the team is done at the last job. This reimbursement is intended to cover fuel and vehicle wear and tear.
• Company will pay by the hour during the time working in clients’ homes for the services provided.
