Rose Senior Living is recruiting for a hospitality focused Full Time Scheduler to join our team!
This position is FT Hourly, hours 8-4:30 M-F ; subject to change based on the needs of the community
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Scheduler
- Coordinates and schedules community care staff
- Ensures adequate staffing coverage for community and manages call off's and shift coverage to meet the mandatory requirements of the community
- Reviews time off requests submitted by staff and communicates with staff in a timely manner regarding accommodations
- Posts employees schedules in a timely manner, at a minimum on a bi-weekly basis in UKG
- Communicates all employee status changes to HR via documentation
- Assists DOHS with administrative and clerical tasks
- Tracks attendance for staff and reports to DOHS of violation of the community attendance policy
- Updates timecards , approves bi-weekly payroll
- Required to fill in on the floor when needed
- Ensures all aspects of care conferences are scheduled and logged accordingly
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have
- Communicates well with staff, maintains a courteous, friendly and helpful attitude
- Knowledge of UKG helpful but not required
- Knowledge of payroll systems and operations
- STNA or CNA
- Minimum of 3 years of scheduling experience for a high volume community
- Training of new hires
- Knowledge of applications, technology and computer usage a must
