ALL ASPECTS OF THE APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED AND SIGNED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR A INTERVIEW.
IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE WITH DRY WALL, SPACKLING
WOODWORK REPAIR, PAINTING.
BASIC TO ADVANCED ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING. BASIC AIR CONDITIONING AND REFRIGERATION IS A PLUS!!!
MUST BE A SELF STARTER, REQUIRING MINIMAL SUPERVISION.
THIS IS A HANDS-ON POSITION WITH ATTENTION TO DETAIL, WILLINGNESS TO TEACH.
HEALTHCARE MAINTENANCE TURNOVER EXPERIENCE, A PLUS.
YOU WILL BE WORKING DIRECTLY WITH THE MAINTENANCE / HOUSEKEEPING DIRECTOR , YOU WILL ALSO HAVE ONE ASSOCIATE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN TRAINING AND COMPLETING WORK ASSIGNMENTS TOGETHER - DEPARTMENTS WORK TOGETHER - MAINTENANCE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TRASH COLLECTION.
YOU AND YOUR ASSOCIATE WILL IMPLEMENT A SCHEDULE SO EVERY WEEKEND IS COVERED.
